About the Artist

Where art is concerned, I was a late bloomer.  I began painting in my late 30's, and though I often still feel like a beginner, I have now been painting for over 20 years!  I have been very fortunate that life has given me the time and opportunity to paint.  There is nothing quite like art to express yourself and tell the world your story.  Over the years I have played with various mediums and subjects, and I spent a great deal of my artistic life working with oils. In the last 5 years, I have been exploring the medium of Acrylics - and I love them! This medium has opened up a whole new world for me, and is some of my most popular and contemporary work.
